Over the last couple of months, One Rishta has showcased talented, well-renowned personalities from the creative industry who have contributed towards empowering Mind, Body and Soul. 


As part of One Rishta’s creative and cultural efforts along with Jenna Mitra Banik (for working towards content development), supported by the High Commission of India, Singapore India Fine Arts Society, Advaita Events and Tagore Society, the middle of August witnessed a musical concert which brought world-renowned Indian Classical performers - Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Pandit Yogesh Samzi to Singapore in conjunction with Independence Day for India. Titled “BREATH OF GOLD” Indian Classical Music evening, held at the SIFAS Annexe, legendary flutist Pandit Hari
Prasad Chaurasia, mesmerized Singapore with his soul-stirring melodies on this special occasion.


The two-hour performance left the audience ecstatic listening to Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia and Pandit Yogesh Samzi together performing two different songs in Yaman, followed by Pahadi and ending with a shorter flute playing Sare Jahan Se Accha Hindustan Hamara and an Indian ceremonious devotee song Aarti Jai Jagdish Hare.

The concert was attended by well-known journalist Sathya Saran, Acting Deputy High Commissioner Ms. Pooja Tilou as well as several other eminent personalities from the creative industry.
