Rituparna Sengupta
Founder
Rituparna Sengupta is a globally recognized and celebrated Indian Bengali Film actor, whose name is representative of prestigious National Awards, regional best actress film awards, dancer, entrepreneurial endeavors. Often referred to Queen of Tollywood, Rituparna Sengupta has delivered many groundbreaking performances in mainstream Bengali films many of which have been part of prominent international film festivals and is recognized for her versatility and her unique ability to transcend the cultural norm.
Given her humanitarian nature, she has had the privilege of being the Brand ambassador of Worldwide Fund for Environmental Development, the social ambassador of organizations, NGOs, and Women’s Organizations. In addition, Rituparna Sengupta has been actively associated with social and philanthropic causes.
Uma Parameswar

Uma Parameswar, founder of Athina Consulting is an arts management professional with over a decade experience in the cultural, arts management industry with a focus on museum pedagogy, advisory, capacity building and business development strategies. In her capacity as an arts management professional, Uma Parameswar has served as an elected Board Member for the International Council of Museums - ICTOP a non-governmental international global museum organisation, that establishes professional and ethical standards for museum activities. Her previous roles included Board Member, Society of the National Museum Institute, Government of India where she and her colleagues advocated museum management policies for the Government of India. Uma Parameswar has written many arts business and research reports over the last decade focusing on public private partnerships, museum business development strategies for public funded museums prominent amongst which are: Public Museums in India: A Review of the National Museum, New Delhi, and a business report Towards Profitable Public Sector Museums.

He is an innovation guru and a champion in new market entrepreneurship. His philosophies about life, failures and successes have made him an evangelist in the space of relationships. He holds his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and his engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
